We take a finished build from dusty to move-in ready: construction dust, paint and adhesive residue, stickers and film, all removed before your inspection or handover.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost in Victoria?
Our final clean starts at $0.30 per square foot with a $349 minimum. For builders with multiple units, condo units start at $229 per unit. Every job gets a fixed written quote.
Do you work on active job sites?
Yes. We arrive with steel-toe boots, hard hats and high-visibility vests, follow your site orientation and safety rules, and use HEPA vacuums and wet methods instead of dry sweeping for construction dust.
Can you do multi-unit buildings?
Yes. We schedule units floor by floor around your deficiency list and handover dates, with volume pricing from 10 units.
Do you provide insurance certificates?
Yes, we provide proof of liability insurance and a WorkSafeBC clearance letter on request.
