How much is a move-out clean in Victoria?
Studios start at $219, 1-bedroom units at $239, 2-bedroom at $289 and 3-bedroom at $389. Houses and larger units are quoted by size. You get a fixed price before we book.
Will this help me get my damage deposit back?
In BC, tenants must leave a rental reasonably clean. We clean to what landlords check at the move-out inspection, and if anything on our checklist is missed we re-clean for free within 48 hours. The final deposit decision is always the landlord's.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients leave a key or lockbox code. We send photos when we're done.
How far ahead should I book?
End-of-month dates fill up first. Book a week ahead for the last days of the month; mid-month we can often do 48 hours.
